New Showing Agreement

After the NAR settlement Buyers as well as anyone entering a property are now required to sign a Buyers Agency Agreement or a one-time showing agreement for any property tour disclosing the amount they will pay their agent for services.  We understand not every buyer can pay for services, but we believe no person should be without representation. Therefore, we have options to help with the payment.
